Living the Single Life
For many of us, hitting thirty was a time to reflect on why we were not yet married and have kids. Were we in the right career? Were we accomplishing what we wanted to do and be were we wanted to be at this stage in the game? We reflected made some minor adjustments and continue.
Then forty rolled around, for some of us it came in with a big bang and for others it came in quietly and gently. No matter how it came in, it was once again time for reflection.
And now we were ready to reinvent ourselves and not quiet sure how to do it. Following as eight simple steps to help you as you begin this next leg in the journey.
If not now, when will be a good time to reinvent yourself? Everyone wondrous journey begins with the first step. Take that first step and watch the momentum build and start seeing your life in a new light.
Step II:
Live in your future life. Take time each and every day to be that person you want to be. [The Secret Video]
Step III:So you’ve reached the big 3 0 or 4 0 or 5 0 it is okay to be a little selfish and concentrate on you. Being the nurturing creatures we are, yes even though you are Living the Single Life, you are still a nurturing person. Get them out into the open so you can deal with them and find the tools and resources necessary to get past them and focus on what needs to be done.
Follow what makes you get up each morning, what brings a smile to your face whenever you think about it. That is what you are good at, follow your bliss, be passionate and pursuit it relentlessly.
It is your time, NOW is the time for you, go do you and do you with excellence.

Hi,
I too have been reading the articles on this site and their are very inspirational and very informative. It lists stuff you know about, but reading it again enforces what we should all be doing.
We have to take care of ourselves, we have to take care of our finances, we live longer, so we need to be able to survive and live with dignity.
I like to keep checking back regularly to see the new articles.

Well, I have been trying to make a go of it and blogging my brains out, but I certainly have to give you credit. That was excellently done. I don’t always make such clear points and a lot of blogs I read are poorly written and leave wondering just what were they trying to say.
I find it so hard to come up with new ideas and rewritting someone else’s work can backfire. Particularly if you don’t know whether they are truly an expert in their field. The longer I work on the internet the more I wonder about most of the content. However, to be fair their are many aurthors in the print media out there that espouse their ideas as fact when they are clearly questionable. It is almost as easy to have a book published as an ebook.
Anyway, thanks for the great blog.
